Joseph (Joe) De Marinis is a certified general appraiser in Pennsylvania with more than 12 years of related experience. Mr. De Marinis has worked on a wide variety of valuation and consulting assignments including apartment, industrial, office, mixed-use, retail, and special-use property types.
