Joseph (Joe) De Marinis is a certified general appraiser in Pennsylvania with more than 12 years of related experience. Mr. De Marinis has worked on a wide variety of valuation and consulting assignments including apartment, industrial, office, mixed-use, retail, and special-use property types. Mr. De Marinis has expertise with land development assignments including residential, commercial, industrial, and mixed-use developments. Most of his recent work involves valuation assignments for real estate attorneys representing property owners and government agencies. Intended uses include acquisition & disposition, eminent domain, tax appeal, and easement donation. Other work includes externality impact analysis, market analysis, litigation support, and appraisal review. Geographic competency includes primarily southeastern Pennsylvania.
Mr. De Marinis’ previous professional work includes 13 years in various engineering and supervisory roles for multiple automation and control systems vendors. These roles included: control systems engineer, technical support engineer, technical support supervisor, and systems test engineer. He was a licensed PE (professional engineer) in Pennsylvania in control systems.

Joe is an active member of Victory Church in Audubon, PA. Roles at the church include greeter, usher, small group facilitator, and participant in various community projects. Joe enjoys swimming regularly, as well as hiking/walking and bicycling at various parks. Joe is married and the father of three children. Joe has been an avid Yankees fan since he was five years old and has extended family in the New York Metropolitan Area.
