Kevin A. Ulrich is an analyst at Clarion/Samuels Associates. He has been actively engaged in real estate valuation and consulting for 6 years. He is experienced in appraising institutional-grade CBD and suburban office buildings, industrial facilities, multifamily, retail/shopping centers, and in a variety of land valuation assignments including subdivision financing, conservation and preservation easements, and consulting. 

Valuations have been performed for condemnation purposes, tax appeals, title issues, estate planning, financing, and due diligence support.
